For hygiene and safety reasons:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.
• Unopened products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
• In case of any reaction or dissatisfaction, please contact us promptly so we can assess the situation.

Services (Consultations & Workshops)

• Consultations can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Any late cancellation may incur a fee.
• Deposits for wedding services are non-refundable (they secure the date).
